About Me
I’m a qualified coach working with purpose-driven people navigating change — whether that’s taking on greater responsibility and impact at work, making a career shift, or launching a bold new venture.My clients include leaders, early stage founders, and professionals working in education and development.Clients come to coaching for clarity, confidence, and space to think. They leave with sharper decisions, renewed focus, and real momentum. I offer a calm, practical, and honest space — offering the right mix of support and challenge when it’s needed most.Alongside coaching, I continue to consult in education. I’ve spent nearly 15 years in the sector — with close to a decade working internationally — leading teams, shaping strategy, and delivering learning programmes across the UK and Sub-Saharan Africa.I understand the realities of leadership in complex, purpose-led environments — and bring that experience into my coaching.
